Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser/Purifying Mask Review

Estée Lauder Perfectly Clean Multi-Action Foam Cleanser/Purifying Maskimage

Price: Free (Gift Set Sample)
Volume: 30ml

Yay for getting samples with my Estée Lauder purchases 🙂

Firstly, let me start with my skin type as I feel any skin care review is not fully justified till you know what type of skin it is tested on. I have dry skin which turns dry-combination in summers, but it is super sensitive and prone to react with anything and everything

The cleanser comes in a simple light blue pearlescent tube; since mine is a travel-sized tube, it comes with a screw top which is perfect for tossing in your travel kit. Pearly white in color, the cleanser is creamy smooth and thick in consistency. Only a pea-sized amount is required per use and it does foam well. It provides dense, rich foam with just a small amount of product, so a pea-sized amount goes a long way. I noticed that the cleanser has a floral fragrance which hasn’t broken me out in itchy red patches; this can be a dealbreaker for those who are sensitive to floral fragrances as such.

In terms of its cleansing power, I used this as step 2 of my double-cleansing and so far, I feel that this would be better for summer months where I would have a little more oil to clean up 😀 Given that I tried this out in January, my skin is a little drier than usual and thus I found that this left my skin a little too squeaky clean — to the point where my cheeks felt a little tauter than usual. With this in mind, I have yet to try this out as a purifying mask given that my skin feels a little dried out from just using it as a cleanser during this month.

All in all, this is a good cleanser from Estée Lauder for those who want a simple, no-fuss addition to their current skincare routine 🙂 In fact, for those who are looking for a multi-tasking cleanser, give this one a shot! ❤
